This website was created to raise awareness about the importance of the works of female Pakistani poets and to highlight the crucial role they play in defining and defying the country's political, social and cultural rigidities that shackle the foundations of society. 



It was created by Amra Ahmed Sharif '15 for Professor Vinnie Ferraro's World Politics class at Mount Holyoke College.
